Aunt Jackie’s - Fix My Hair Intensive Repair Conditioning Masque (15oz)
Repair beyond compare! Aunt Jackie's special blend of flaxseed and avocado coconut oils is used to help repair damage, stop breakage, soften, shine, moisturize condition dry, brittle, wiry hair. With carrier oils to deliver nutrients into the hair shaft, Aunt Jackie's Flaxseed recipe is rich in Omega Fatty Acids, and helps noticeably improve the overall condition of hair. Especially effective for protective styling, hair types 2c-4c, and repairing natural hair damaged by colour, and wearing weaves and wigs.
Directions: On clean, damp hair, apply a generous amount all over hair, making sure hair is coated from roots to ends. As an intensive repair treatment: cover hair with a plastic cap and sit under a warm hooded dryer for 10 minutes. Remove cap and rinse all traces of masque from hair. As a regular rinse-out conditioning treatment: leave on for 5 minutes, and then rinse thoroughly. Towel blot hair and style as usual. Hair Tips: For optimal results, first shampoo with Aunt Jackie's Purify Me Sulfate- Free Moisturizing Co-Wash, and then follow with Half Half Silkening Hair Milk or Seal It Up Hydrating Sealing Butter.
Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods such as wigs, hair extensions, etc, cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. For full details click here
Shipping
Any order that we receive before 11pm on a working day will be dispatched on the following day. However, although we promise to dispatch your order quickly, it should be remembered that delivery is not guaranteed within this timescale and parcels can occasionally take longer to reach their destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Parcels sent to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands, certain parts of Scotland, Europe and the rest of the world will usually take a little longer to arrive.
