Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Our returns policy is here.
If you are approved, then the refund will be processed, and the funds will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 5 working days :)
Items will be shipped the next working day if you order before 11pm. The time it will take will depend on the chosen delivery method.

Unfortunately no. Due to the high volume of orders, we are unable to change the order once it has been confirmed. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Yes you can contact us on support or sign up to be notified when the item is back in stock. If this is done before 5pm we can get the item the same day!
Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP. We can also restock on weekends!
